Hello, my name is Ronald Weston Jr.

For the previous 25 years I have been valuating real estate in southern California, currently as owner of Empowered Valuations and the previous seven years performing valuations with Bank of America. Prior to taking a major role with a fortune 500 corporation I managed my own firm Archway Appraisal Company for nearly 18 years. Tax appeal, pre-listing, probate, and divorce.


Combining my vast experience of working in both public and private environments has developed an expertise towards providing genuine concern for all parties involved in a real estate transaction. As well, it has created a specific ability to educate my clients regarding the market conditions in effect at the time of consultation. All customers can rest assured they will be provided a credible value estimate conforming to current up to date (USPAP) uniform standards of professional appraisal practices. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly all reports adhere to the strictest industry standards as set forth by the department of HUD, FHA, FNMA, Freddie Mac and for my trusted attorney's the California State Bar Association.


Your appraisal reports will be completed in their entirety within 48 hours of inspection resulting in an actual turn around time of 2-4 business days. Free consultations are provided in advance of any services being rendered, thus assuring compliance to your specific needs in regards to the final report’s intent and purpose. Whether the final value estimate is needed for lending, probate, divorce or pre-listing prior to sale, the valuation process is clear, concise and communicated in a professional manner. This includes all photographs, sketches, maps and any additional required supporting documentation. E-mail and hard copies are provided to you by law if requested.
